France: In December, 2015, the United States Supreme Court granted certiorari and then reversed, vacated and remanded the Seventh Circuit's decision to affirm the lower court's garnishment order. On appeal to the Supreme Court, the government confessed that it had erred both at the district and appelate level and that it should have lost! Kenneth M.
